Course Prospectus

Course Overview:

This course is designed for learners to upgrade their skills and competences in hairdressing and for those holding a Level 2 qualification in hairdressing.

Courses start every autumn and spans over 1 scholastic year, Consisting of demos and tutorials in class and practice hours in barber shop/salon placements.

Course Duration and Fee:

Total: 1 scholastic year, once weekly

Fee: 3800€ (500€ deposit and 366€ instalments  x 9 months).

Plus: VTCT (ITEC) Enrollment and Certificate 450€, online tests x 4 Units 50€, re-sits 40€ per unit

Course Duration and Fee:

• Learners who achieve this qualification can work as a Senior hairdresser/stylist in a variety of different sectors, which might include:
• • Commercial salons
  • Independent/self-employed/mobile/home-based setting
  • Cruise liners
  • Television/film, theatre and media
  • Hospitals/Care homes
• Whilst this qualification’s primary purpose is to prepare the learner for employment as a senior stylist, they may choose to complement their skills base or become a specialist in the field of hairdressing by undertaking a Level 4 Certificate in Trichology for Hairdressers.
• A certificate of achievement is awarded to the learner after completing online tests and practical exam related to different modules.
